Who Has Been Spitting
On My Unemployment Benefit ?

If
this man is NOT the Guilty Party,
then he most certainly KNOWS WHO IS !
Because if this man is NOT
the guilty party, then someone else must have had this envelope
just a mere few seconds before this man put it through my
letter box, while it was still running with fresh saliva.
This man made two drops on this day just a few minutes apart,
my Giro arrived by itself on the second drop.

The
area inside the black line was dripping
with this mans ?? Spittle. The images
of the Postman were taken some time before
this incident.
I am quite prepared to provide a "Slice"
of this envelope for testing. A DNA test
is a very simple matter these days, will
anyone investigate ?

So far I have not heard another word,
and I still have the envelope !
As
of June 2004 he was still delivering my
mail !

Dear Sirs ,
On Friday 23rd May 2003, my regular Postman delivered
my Unemployment Benefit. As you are both aware
there have been recent
complications with my Mail so I try to get
to it first. I got to my Mail just seconds after
it came through my letter box, it was laying face
down on the hallway carpet.
Despite this, there was still so much Saliva
on this envelope that it was able to drip onto
my fingers, it was slightly warm and still had
bubbles in it.
I was so shocked at what the Postman had obviously
done, it took a few minutes to sink in.
I still have the envelope, and am prepared to
let you have a "Slice" for testing,
a very simple matter these days.
